Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Biharu. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

By placing an order with Biharu, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • The item must not be damaged by misuse

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Biharu reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used

  • Items damaged by improper use

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact Biharu before sending the item back.


Return Process

To start a return, please contact Biharu customer support at service@biharu.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting Biharu first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is due to a Biharu error (wrong item, damaged item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Biharu is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, Biharu can offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photos showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Biharu as soon as possible at service@biharu.com.

If the order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving the item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact Biharu at service@biharu.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Biharu within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
