Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Biharu reserves the right to cancel or delay any order if there are issues with payment verification, incorrect address information, or product availability.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Biharu is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shipping method.
From time to time, Biharu may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, Biharu will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.
Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Biharu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Biharu immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Biharu is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local delivery office first.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact Biharu at service@biharu.com, and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Biharu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the correct address, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Biharu within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
